The competition schedule is sent to each studio/registration one week prior to the event. From this schedule, studios are given the time to review their registrations and are allowed to make any changes up until the Monday prior to the event scheduled. Once we have implemented all requested changes from studios, the competition schedule will be posted for parents/guardians to see the Wednesday prior to the event starting.
